When Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo needed to differentiate itself from the competition and develop greater market share, we created a unique consumer and trade public relations campaign for this resort on the west coast of Mexico.

In an aggressive media campaign that targeted top travel, sport, lifestyle and food media, as well as syndicated TV shows, and through the hosting of high-profile special events at international forums such as ASTA's annual convention, we developed great consumer and trade attention for the resort.

The result — in a three-year period we increased media coverage 300+% and set the resort on a course to become one of the top resorts in Mexico.
